RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Contact us.
Do not send your packages without authorization, as they will be rejected.
If you return items for reasons other than defects, discrepancies, or incorrect descriptions, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These will generally be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused, in resalable condition, with all security seals, packaging and cellophane intact, and within 14 days of receiving the order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return the original to receive a refund.
